CIUMon runs at high priority by default. The only reason it would run at lower priority is if someone changed the priority deliberately, perhaps to reduce CIUMon's impact on computer performance. Since lowering the priority can slow down live data, you may wish to raise the priority again.
Note: If there is no Base Priority column, then on the View menu, click Select Columns. Select the Base Priority check box and click OK.
