When MDB_Extractor is run in splus2x mode it outputs an SPEVersion.txt file. This file is used to display SPE version information, based off an in-house GCML conversion table (see below).
This file contains a single line of the following format: SPE Version Information "<parsed version>" - "<converted version>"
